Were Any White People Invited To Wednesday's Ribbon Cutting Event at the New Canal Street Ferry Terminal?
Imagine the uproar if every person in these photos were white
Last we heard from the fascist Democrat Party, “Diversity Is Our Strength.”
So are these photos evidence of civic weakness?
Were any white people, or Asian people for that matter, involved in the building of the new ferry terminal at the foot of Canal Street? Were any white people invited to the celebratory event?
If any white people were invited, did ALL of them decline the invitation?
Seems hard to believe that literally not one white person attended a ribbon cutting for a major new public structure in downtown New Orleans, one that’s right beside the renovated aquarium and insectarium and the new Four Seasons Hotel.
You be the judge…
These photos were posted on Representative Troy Carter’s Twitter page:
Though it may shock and disappoint the fascists, a lot of white people live in this city. You’d never know it by looking at who opened the ferry terminal, who serves in City Hall, who manages the jail, who runs the police department, who shows up in all the criminal mug shots, and who leads the Democrat Party here.
State Representative Delisha Boyd values diversity, too… clearly:
Ms Boyd’s statement seems disproven by the visual evidence:
“The shared heritage that unites us all.”
Say it all together, folx …
