Friends of The BEC “Fix New Orleans” have been tracking the election closely.

In an imbalance perhaps never seen, voters have rejected the millage increase 91% to 9%.

Also note that Simone Levine, trailing all night, has taken a small lead over Roche with about 2/3 of the precincts reporting.
