Power Coalition for Equity and Justice Offers Sample Ballot For Upcoming Election That Includes Gender and Race of Candidates

We have an election Saturday, and as part of our coverage of the event the bec looked for a sample ballot to post for your scrutiny. What we found from the far-left Power Coalition for Equity and Justice raised some eyebrows…

Democrat, Black, Female
Democrat, White, Male
Democrat, Other, Female

For people unwilling to define “woman,” it strikes us as strange that they list gender (and race) of each of the candidates on the ballot, as if you should make your choices on those characteristics… hmmm.

The “equity”-minded play be their own rules, apparently.

About the election, we will be casting only two votes: Levine and Hutabarat.
