Thankfully, Week Two of the New Year was less bloody than Week One, but...

It’s an unnerving time to live in New Orleans, as WDSU reports that 376 cars have already been stolen this year. (We read that three times in the hope it was a typo or somehow incorrect, but evidently not.)
