America’s bored, restless, unimaginative cowardly youth have returned to their narcissistic safe space: protesting things that have nothing to do with them and about which their protests will have literally no effect.
On this beautiful spring Sunday, the Hamasniks have a message for you:

Globalize the Intifada!
They unfurled these banners within Jackson Square.
I’m a free speech advocate and I support peaceful protest, take note.
But, if all this seems like deja vu, it should, as the George Floyd protests of 2020 served as an effective dress rehearsal for the Election Year Summer of Love that we can expect to intensify as Donald Trump’s six point lead over Joe Biden widens to 8 or 9 points with every new indictment and show trial.
Mitch Landrieu’s attack on historical monuments brought them out of the wood work, too. These are all very well organized, practiced events.

Donald Trump continues to hold an advantage over President Joe Biden as the campaign – and the former president’s criminal trial – move forward… with most Americans saying that, looking back, Trump’s term as president was a success, while a broad majority says Biden’s has so far been a failure.
61% now consider Joe Biden’s presidency “a failure.”
Biden’s approval ratings for the economy (34%) and inflation (29%) remain starkly negative.
So what’s a democracy-ridden freedom-infested equity-slathered justice-saturated leftist to do?
Disrupt! Occupy!

Tents, yep, and large lettering spelling out large messages… these people fully intended to occupy Jackson Square.
As the effort to clear the park began, the protestors would swing those letters at the cops; the occupiers resisted the order to leave at the park’s daily closure time: 7:00 pm.
(Last week, the overgrown children shut down Poydras Street at rush hour. Today, Jackson Square, and very soon the Interstate and the Crescent City Connection.)
I’m seeing reports on Twitter that police have cleared the Square, which is reassuring but realize that the Jew-hating Hamasniks are only getting started.
There’s an election to influence, and freeing Palestine will get them there.
At least 10 arrested, violently resisting.
It’s good to see the NOPD take this event seriously, making arrests and protecting our cultural heritage.
