Gun Carry & Shooting Class
This coming Tuesday, 12 December
As part of fulfilling its mission to serve the community by promoting safety when handling guns, the Home Defense Foundation is offering a gun safety class this coming Tuesday.
From Mike Weinberger, founder of HDF:
Soon you will NOT need a permit to carry a concealed pistol for self defense, so we will hold a series of classes on the topic of "Carrying."
The first one will be this Tuesday, December 12th, at 6PM sharp, at Jefferson Gun on Airline Drive.
At this class you will learn about, AND SHOOT, the Taurus PT22, which is a small and light carry gun made for "up close" personal defense. It has almost ZERO recoil and is fun to shoot.
You can bring friends to this class, and I encourage you to do so.
Of course, this class, like every HDF class, will start off with a discussion of SAFETY, and you will be allowed on the shooting range only after you learn our Safety Rules.

P.S. If you have never shot at the Jefferson Gun Range please go to their website and fill out their waiver form BEFORE you come to the class.
