Steven Schmidt on Patrick Bet-David's Podcast

Lincoln Project founder Steven Schmidt sat with Patrick Bet-David on the popular PBD Podcast and things got as heated as you might expect, especially when Schmidt compared J6 to 9/11 and when fellow podcaster (and US military veteran) Vincent Oshana challenged Schmidt head-on about the nature of the events at the Capitol on January 6th.

Schmidt is the walking definition of “Trump Derangement Syndrome,” and you’d reasonably wonder why I’m featuring him on the CVL.

We must know and understand the other side.

All of us are hearing only some of what others are saying - I acknowledge this and don’t apologize for it, to be candid: much of what the “other side” has to say is garbage (if not demented) - but it’s essential to “know your enemy.”

Schmidt’s undeniable significance in the political culture cannot be denied.

And… GO VINCENT!!!
