A Bright Good Morning to Everyone!
I’ve had a lite posting week because the real job has been just brutally busy. As I’ve mentioned (in the post about Lawrence Herr) I work on houses and more than a few jobs are on deadlines.
In a few days, I’ll be back to regular posting, and we’ll be looking at the Left’s spasms about the end of Affirmative Action and the spoiled effort on the part of Leftists to compel others to work for them.
There’s so much yet to do for you all!
A guest writer has sent in an article, too, posting this weekend! I’m grateful to all our guest writers.
And in a disappointing note, Commissioner Eric Skrmetta of the Public Service Commission - the last sane member of that 5-person panel - has ignored weeks of effort on my part to schedule a meeting with him, to just talk about the PSC. I have even promised that I’d not write about the substance of our discussion in case he’s a bit gun shy about talking with a Hell Raiser.
No luck. He’s better than you and me, evidently, and he doesn’t need (or want) to be bothered with concerned citizens learning about the commission that regulates our energy.
I have always written approvingly of Mr Skrmetta. But evidently, the PSC is untouchable, unavailable, inaccessible.
It’s time for the Louisiana Legislature to dissolve the Public Service Commission and restructure and redistribute its duties in a way that allows real input from citizens and true oversight.
Hang with me, friends. More great content is on the way!
Please consider supporting The BEC so that I don’t bite the dust falling off a ladder or something….
I’d welcome your support.
Much love to you all…. you are absolutely amazing! And enjoy the weekend of Celebration of American Independence!

“Buy Me A Coffee” is a way to provide support without the long term commitment of monthly subscriptions. Any/All support of our work here is most welcomed!
An annual subscription goes a long way! The BEC has become my true life’s work… I’m here till I literally can’t type or think anymore… in service to the Conservative people of Louisiana and the South!
Monthly subscriptions keep the gears turning… please consider supporting this work!
