A Brief Writing Pause For Much-Needed R&R

Friends,

It’s been a long and wonderful stretch of writing and reading! You all are loyal and regular readers; I see it in the statistics. Subscribers to The BEC consume everything we post; readership levels have been going only up and up! Regular weekly reads commonly exceed 2,100.

We have taken a few days of relative quiet this week, and we’ll be using a couple more. It’s nothing more than the ordinary flows of life and priorities.

I’ve got three interviews that need transcribing, and I’m experimenting with using gadgets to speed that laborious process along; I’ve got other interviews scheduled; and we’ve got a city to save!

So I can’t rest on my rear for too long! There’s essential work to get done!!
